(Newsoul #1)

★★★☆☆
NEWSOUL
Ana is new. For thousands of years in Range, a million souls have been reincarnated over and over, keeping their memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. When Ana was born, another soul vanished, and no one knows why.
NOSOUL
Even Ana's own mother thinks she's a nosoul, an omen of worse things to come, and has kept her away from society. To escape her seclusion and learn whether she'll be reincarnated, Ana travels to the city of Heart, but its citizens are afraid of what her presence means. When dragons and sylph attack the city, is Ana to blame?
HEART
Sam believes Ana's new soul is good and worthwhile. When he stands up for her, their relationship blooms. But can he love someone who may live only once, and will Ana's enemies—human and creature alike—let them be together? Ana needs to uncover the mistake that gave her someone else's life, but will her quest threaten the peace of Heart and destroy the promise of reincarnation for all?
The fantasy world of Heart and Range, that's how I call it because of the two places in it, is a rare and small world. Full of dragons, sylphs and other things not worth mentioning. Our main character is Ana, a new soul. Let me explain a little... This world is full of souls, they have body yeah, but everytime one die, he can come back in other body. Basically when the soul Cianna was going to come back, something happened and she didn't, so Ana came in. She was born.
In Ana's eighteen birthday, her mom -Li- set her free, as in do what you want because I didn't even care for you. Ana was very glad, but in her journey to Heart, the capitol city, she almost died, but a prince charming called Sam save her. Those two became friends, no matter all the insecurities of Ana, and even something more.
The whole book, of what I think, is to discorvered why she was born and why Ciana never came back. It happens a lot of things in the middle, but yes they found out. I think that the second book will be about what to do with that knowlegde. I loved Sam and Ana as a couple, they look sweet, but she got issues. They can resolve them together, I hope.
I didn't like it that much. As you see, I read this book in almost two weeks and I read three books before finishing this one. I just was not into it. I will totally will read the next ones after this, but just to know what happen and not because I like it. *shrugs*
